One hundred years from now
It won't matter who you thought you were,
Who I thought you were,
How much money you had,
What kind of truck you drove,
How many cattle you had,
Or how many bulls you rode,
Nor who yer daddy was,
But it will matter if you knew Jesus.

Banner Making

Recently I made a banner for a baby shower at chruch {I am on the shower committee} They had a John Deere theme so this is what I came up with for Baby Colton. I chose the plaid paper since it was close to the plaid that was one the tractor quilt the ladies at church made for them.

I also made a center piece for the table. It really isn't what I had planned, but I could not find one of those hay bales that they always have out for fall crafting any where, I guess because it is spring time now. So, I improvised and used a tin tub I already had and added a tractor, a rooster since that is what is Daddy calls him, and painted a big C yellow and placed it all together with some raffia. Pretty cute I guess...

Parker will also be turning 3 soon and will be having a Buzz Lightyear Party so I made a banner for his party too. Complete with transitor type letters, Buzz, stars and rockets.
