This year was Daddy's year to host the Montgomery Family Thanksgiving. We rented the old Briggs School House like we have been the last several years. We had a TON of food. Daddy made two turkeys, a ham, two big pans of dressing {one without onions for us special people:)}, broccoli and rice, peach cobbler, hmmm I can't remember everything. And then everyone brought a side and or dessert. And there is always lots of "appetizers" too. There is always way too much food, but its all so yummy.
Heather and I were in charge of the decorations. We made an invitation/reminder and then other decorations to coordinate with it. Rachel (Heather works for her) just had her parents 50th wedding anniversary so she "donated" all the pumnpkins and horse apples she had painted gold and white from it to us. We had wanted brown table covering, but could only find gold at the Party City in Round Rock. It all still turned out really pretty.

My little turkey was stuffed and tired by the time we got done with all of our eating, playing and running around today! Isn't he so sweet!?!?

I hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving!
{Now on to preparing for decorating for Christmas!! :)......and the three birthday parties I have to make decorations for by next saturday!! :)}
