{I of course took way more pics than this, but here are a few from our
FUN day at Jellystone Park}

We took a weekend trip to Houston to visit the kids great grandparents and to go a few places for a "summer vacation" We drove there Thursday and stayed the night at Grandma and Grandpa's house, getting some good rest for the busy weekend.
We started out Friday at Jellystone Park in Waller. This is of course a water park with a Yogi Bear theme. The kids, and "big kids" all enjoyed themselves. There were big pools, a couple big slides, putt-putt golf, and lots of other stuff to do. The day started of with the pledge to the American flag with BooBoo. For some reason Yogi couldn't make it that morning.
This place is also a campground with a fishing pond and other activities through out the day (crafts, etc), so we may have to plan it even better next time and take the camper and stay for a few days.
Landon would not take his picture with the "real" bear, but he agreed to the head shots.
Clint's cousin Cheyanna, and two of her kids, Shane and Katie Jo went with us too. Landon and Katie had a lot of fun together, and Shane was a good helper keeping and eye on the smaller ones, they tend to all go in different directions.
Kylee wasn't scared of the real bear

slides, slides and more water slides! Landon got a little too much speed this time and got a little squirley. :)
Everyone on the trip but Landon (not quite tall enough, and maybe not quite brave enough) got brave enough to go on the BIG slide. It had severl waves in it, and was pretty far down. You caught some pretty good speed on it. Kylee, Clint and Shane did it first. Then Clint decided he wasn't going up all those stairs again. Kylee told me she would go down with me.
I walked all the way up there with Kylee and Shane, we layed down and waited for the whistle. All of a sudden Kylee jumps up and says "I'm chickening out" She walked back down the stairs and met me at the bottom. Then decided again that she wanted to do it again. I agreed to go back up two more times and she tried to get out of it again, but she ended up going down with me twice. Three times up all 86 steps (the guy behind me counted) was about all I could take anyway.
