One hundred years from now
It won't matter who you thought you were,
Who I thought you were,
How much money you had,
What kind of truck you drove,
How many cattle you had,
Or how many bulls you rode,
Nor who yer daddy was,
But it will matter if you knew Jesus.

Monkey Bread Muffins

Kiki made Landon monkey bread once a while back and he really liked it. Yesterday while looking around at cooking blogs, etc, I found a recipe for Monkey Bread Muffins. I thought this would be great, since you can just grab one and go, and it helps with portion control. Some of us don't know when to stop. :)
I didn't save the recipe I found, but remembered how Kristen told me to make it her way, in a pan. But, I used cressent rolls like the recipe instead of biscuits like she does.
I cut all 8 cressent rolls into three equal parts. Then rolled each piece into a little ball. I rolled each ball in a mixture of cinnmon and sugar and placed 4 of them into 6 cute little blue bandana cup cake liners. Then, I drizzled a little melted butter on top of each one. I baked them at 375* until they were golden brown on top. They turned out YUMMY!
Landon had requested a PBJ sandwich, but when he smelled the monkey bread cooking, he said "Can I have monkey bread instead?" He ate a whole one and part of another one.
