Kristen got to go home on Thursday evening, but Johnnie Linn still has to stay at St. Daivid's NICU for a while. I took Landon to the sitter this morning and drove her down there to see her sweet little thing. They normally don't let her stay out of the warmer for more than 30 minutes, but today she was holding her temperature really well so she got to keep her out for about three hours. She got to feed her and just sit and rock with her sweet thing. Her I.V. got taken out today, and her blood sugars have been good so its going pretty well. She is down to 4lb 4oz from 4lb 7oz, but thats pretty normal. She just has to gain weight steadily and maintain her temp out of the warmer and she can go home. She's not having any trouble with apnea or heart rate decels so thats awesome!! It's pretty emotional being around Kristen right now. She's so happy and excited, and then we leave Johnnie Linn there is sporadic crying. I can't even imagine going home without my baby. Lets just pray it continues to go well and she is home with her Mommy soon!!
